A very good music book
This is the perfect book for any Les Mis fan who plays the Alto Saxophone. Nearly every major songs from the musical were included(including my personal favorite, "Stars"), and all of the compositions look good, and probably sound good, too. The only complaint is that they did not include "Master of the House" as one of the songs, but that's just a personal complaint. Very highly recommended. ... Read more

4 stars for the music, 2 stars for the CD
'Les Miserables' is my all time favorite musical, and this book offers a nice collection of songs. The sheet music is OK, as to be expected from Hal Leonard. The CD, however, was very disappointing. It says here, in the 'Product Description': "The high-quality, sound-alike accompaniments exactly match the printed music". Therefore I expected it to sound like a real musical, with some real instruments. Instead it sounds like a synthesizer work, and not a very good one. ... Read more

Overall, Excellent
I already have the Les Mis Piano/Vocal sheet music book. The only reason I bought this one is for my favorite song, "Come to Me". I must say that this book is excellent!

Some songs in this book are also in the other one. This one includes "Look Down", "Lovely Ladies" and, of course, "Come to Me". I gave it 4 stars because I wish it had "Stars". ... Read more
