Fluid escaping the engorged pulmonary vasculature will interfere with normal gaseous exchange, resulting in hypoxia which precipitates tachypnea and SOB, particularly with exertion such as feeding. Easy fatigue: This results from pulmonary edema and poor cardiac output.

He found us a flat that we went to go see on Friday that was absolutely GORGEOUS and we were sold on it, but the realtors here are very capitalistic... until the paperwork is signed, you just don't know that it's yours. We moved into the flat yesterday and it is just .. amazing. It's the second nicest flat that I've lived in, short only of my high rise apartment at the Rice. *Everything* is new. New kitchen, new bathroom with a corner tub, new Ikea furniture, huge high ceilings, lots of storage space... I'll take pictures once it starts looking lived in. Needless to say, Nadine and I are totally in love with the flat. Aussie Catherine is staying with us for a couple of weeks until she leaves for Greece. It's relatively close to Prague Castle, as well. We were writing up a list of "essentials" to go buy after we moved in and of course things like paper towels, soap, etc. were on the list. But we also added Champagne to the list for a celebratory drink that night. And I added bubble bath to the list to take advantage of the gorgeous bath tub. Nadine gets excited and says "ooh, we need to get a TAPESTRY for the wall!" Then Neil says, "Tapestries, champagne and bubble bath are NOT essentials." It was good fun.
