Great! But it is in his other book!
This small treatise is fantastic, however, it is already included in his great work, "Mucusless Diet Healing System," and you can just purchase that for a dollar extra and get much, much, more information.

Don't buy this product!
If you are seriously interested in finding relief for your chronic constipation DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Basically, this is a pamphlet from the late 1800's with the most ridiculous, outdated advice on how to "cure" constipation. I threw this pamphlet away by the end of day two. Why I kept it that long I don't know.

Totally useless book.
This book does not have any important information and it constantly prompts you to his other one, the Mucusless Healing Diet (which is interesting but somewhat outdated for 21st century standards). Total waste of time and money. His cure of constipation is included in the above mentioned book. I follow a vegan diet and bought it out of curiosity, so I have to say if you are eating like an average American, it is a very radical change. Do not bother.

A really noticeable book!!
Although knew much of this, I came up with new ideas that reinforced my knowledge in overcoming constipation. I strongly believe that constipation is one of the major factos of many chronic diseases.So, read this book.

I Wish I Had This Book 10 Years Ago
I have gotton 10 years of run-arounds from my doctors, and this book helped put an end to it. Told me EVERYTHING I ever wanted to know about my bowel function, and answered questions about everything you'd ever want to know. Used what I learned in this book to go to my doctors and demand they stop the "It's just IBS" crap, and give me proper testing, diagnosis, and treatment. This book really helped change my life.

I can't say enough good about this book. I wish all gastroenterologists would read this book! Since that likely will not happen, I hope all patients with gasto issues will read it, and use the information they learn in it to advocate for themselves.

A must have book !

Down-to-earth, funny book!
This was an easy read, and brought about many chuckles.
I especially liked how the author is so up-front about
things some people may be embarrassed about.
There is also plenty of information on hemorrhoids
& constipation.I like that the author combines
traditional approaches/treatments with diet and
"natural" methods, too.

The Search is Over I Have Finally Found It!
What more can I say, the answers to all of my prayers have finally been delivered. The Holy Grail for constipated people. This is a must read for anyone who has been plugged up and left hanging high and dry, and I am not ashamed to say, that I am one of the many. Let's face it folks, it could happen to anyone.

I got this book after years of horror stories with my hemorrhoids.This was the first time I had ever learned what was really going on inside and why the way I was treating things wasnt really doing much. The book has a sense of humor about the subject which is fun, but it never forgets it's true mission of helping to relieve your suffering.

The section on types of 'roids is excellent for helping you id your particular type, thereby coming up with the most effective treatment.Please get this book if you suffer from the dreaded 'roids.You will not regret it and it will help you.I finally have my problem under control, and I didnt have to get that dreaded surgery!

this is a total health book
I received a suggestion from a friend to read this book. I told her Ididn't have these problems! She made me read it because I had headaches,sleepless nights, anxiety and poor energy. I NO LONGER HAVE THESESYMPTOMS!!! I followed the sugestions of Dr. Yasny and within 4 months lostall my symptoms - I am amazed!!!! Loved reading this book - it was like agood mystery and novel and comedy!

Don't Waste Your Money
There is nothing in this book you can't learn by doing a little research on the web.If your child is having a "pooping problem" I recommend trying "It Hurts When I Poop, a Story for Children Who Are Scared to Use the Potty".I bought this for my daughter and it worked like magic!

Very Disappointed
I bought this book and was very disappointed.I have a 6 year old who has been dealing with encopresis for 2 years.This book did not nothing but give a 2 page brief description (and not even a very good one) of the condition.They are taking advantage of parents who are dealing with a difficult problem by including the word "encopresis" to hook us into spending money on their book, without actually providing any real insights or guidance. It's really all about selling their gimicky products related to toilet training.There is nothing in this book that can't be found in a more comprehensive way with a web search.They should be ashamed of themselves.
