Good if you know nothing
This would be a great guide to those that have been just diagnosed, and know absolutely nothing.But for those of us that have had IC for any length of time, and have done so much as to "google it," or look it up on Wikipedia; then it is somewhat of a waste of money.
If you have a relationship in your life that is struggling b/c of your IC I would recomend buying this as a refference for that person to read, because it is easy to understand, gets the info. out there quickly and concisely and in a way that most people can tolerate reading because they don't have to wade through medical documents after medical document. ...
