    This book is described on the front cover as "An encyclopedic collection of over 300 clear, concise, and up-to-date model letters, memos, forms, and policies."First of all, it is over twenty years old and is not up-to-date. Instead of a Complete Communcations Manual it is simply an alphabetical binding of hundreds of forms that have been used at some point in history by some atheltic department without much description or context.This collection was put together for coaches but clearly was not prepared by coaches.You may be able to get ideas, and perhaps you can improve your own policies by taking some details from those included, but you will not need to invest much time in this book. ...
