Now many commodities produced in the Great Plains are at great risk of being replaced by commodities produced in other parts of the world where land and labor is cheaper and the land is newer and requires less inputs. Have they learned that a more critical review of the actual data from same trial revealed major discrepancies between the proponent summary of "no toxicologically significant changes" and the actual trial results showing that range of rBST-induced adverse health effects? Or that this issue contributed to the 14 Jan 99 Canadian decision to reject rBST, despite 9 years of intensive lobbying by Monsanto?
