From the supplier: Delaware is sponsoring a substance abuse rehabilitation program which shows the importance of continuing treatment for offenders after their release from prison. This program involves three stages. The first stage begins in prison where inmates undergo behavioral, cognitive and emotional therapies. The second stage is a six-month course at an outreach institution where they have group therapy sessions and the prisoners have the chance to work in the facility operations.
