Extractions: Reno, Nevada Lawsuit Revealed Judicial Obstruction Of Justice and Massive Judicial Civil Rights Violations To Carry Out the Obstruction Of Justice The following pattern of hard-core impeachable judicial misconduct is described in a federal lawsuit filed in the U.S. district court at Reno, Nevada. This documented pattern of misconduct that continued without interruption for 20 years against a former federal agent to halt his exposure of high-level corruption in government could be the platform for major changes in the judicial system. Among the pattern of misconduct are the following: Pattern of blocking the reporting of criminal activities implicating people in key government positions and in the federal courts . Former federal agent Rodney Stich and his group of several dozen present and former government agents sought to report to a federal judge these criminal activities. These reports to a federal judge are specifically provided by the federal criminal statute, Title 18 U.S.C. § 4. The judges have an administrative duty and legislated responsibility to receive information of these crimes. Blocking these reports became felonies through obstruction of justice, under Title 18 U.S.C. §§ 2, 3, and 4, among others. Federal judges in the U.S. district court rendering injunctive orders barring the former government agent (Stich) from federal court access for the remainder of his life, and in that manner blocked him from reporting these federal crimes.
Extractions: INTRODUCTION Statutes Regulations Court Cases Opinions The WOMEN'S RIGHTS Handbook is intended to provide the general public with a basic understanding of the rights of women in California. This handbook describes both California and federal laws that deal with issues important to most women. This handbook is not meant to be used in the place of a qualified attorney. If you feel that your rights have been violated, you should seek qualified legal assistance. For information on how to find an attorney, see the "Directory of Services" at the back of this book. The handbook is divided into eight chapters which discuss the legal rights of the women of California - - employment, economic independence, education, housing, health care, domestic relations, childcare and violent crime, and a directory of services. Each chapter discusses your rights with respect to the designated topic, and provides information on where you can seek help if you feel that your rights have been violated. The directory is an extended resource section that provides information on a wide range of resources available to women in California. The directory is not a complete list of every women's organization in California. However, many of the organizations listed can help by referring you to an organization that will address your specific question or problem.
