Columbia sponsors men's varsity teams in baseball and football, heavyweight and lightweight crew, wrestling, tennis, indoor and outdoor track and field, basketball, cross-country, fencing, swimming and diving, golf, and soccer. The new Center features a precast concrete football stadium capable of seating 17,000 spectators; an Olympic-quality synthetic track; new fields and training facilities for women's sports; and a separate 3,500-seat soccer stadium.
