Interesting information but little light on relief.
Information on the history of Homeowner Association law in Florida is interesting and helps to frame the current status of the laws. It is short on what recourses an individual or group of homeowners are available to them. It appears that the developers win most of the time.

Very helpful
Ok, so I originally ordered this book so that I could study real estate before paying any money for the course. This is the current edition that is used by most schools in Florida so if you buy it here than you are probably going to be paying less for it than if you were to purchase it from the school. So the book is the basic layout of what you would expect. Individual chapters breaking down principles, property classification and so on.
