How about the human foot having more than 7,000 nerve endings, 107 ligaments and nineteen muscles? This is why you need to look after your feet and learn about the holistic healing techniques that work with the energy flow of the bodyReflexology. In this session, you will learn about the benefits of reflexology through a 30 minute talk, as well as sample a one hour session (a fifteen minute back massage and a 45 minute reflexology session), by trained reflexologists at the centre. Afterwards, we can move off for a simple lunch nearby. This centre accommodates 15 maximum, although we can arrange more sessions on a different date. This one is definitely good for the sole!
