The best Greek Cookbook
The only Greek cookbook I use, I've not found any better.
Theonie knows what she's talking about, her recipes are traditional and authentic, from the simple (and delicious) tomato-rice soup to the awe inspiring baklava.
I like her stories about Village life, and the sketches of traditional tools, utensils and their uses. An altogether satisfying book!
