    Weight Watchers has two eating plans flex and core.This book is written for the flex plan. I am on the core plan and was hoping to find more recipes for that plan.If you are on the flex plan you may enjoy this book.For those on the core plan I strongly urge you not to waste your money.

    I love this cookbook.It's probably my favorite Weight Watchers cookbook, and I have maybe 5 of them, most of which are really good.The recipes in here really are "best of..." There are many you can serve to company for dinner.I even made the Pork Tenderloin with Snap Peas for my husband's birthday party and everyone raved about the food.The recipes I gave 10s to just go on and on.It's really a great cookbook--not the easiest recipes but not overly hard either.Trust me--it's a good investment!
