Wow! This book has amazing revelations from the Lord.I had previously finished reading "The Final Quest" and was totally blown away.I thank the Lord for the gifts he shares with us and, in this case, with Brother Joyner.I look forward to reading the other book(s) in the series.God Bless you Brother Joyner! Continue to allow God to use you in this way and any way else he may choose for His service.I'm grateful to have been able to read and receive the messages in these books thus far.

Powerful message for powerful times!
This is one of three books (The Final Quest Series) which contain propheties about the times we live in and times to come. Personally, I found these books amazing. I also realize that there are many negative comments about this prophecy and prophecies in general. There is only one thing that really needs to be kept in mind, the Word of God.

John 16:12-14 (New International Version)

He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come. 14He will bring glory to me by taking from what is mine and making it known to you.

The books are easy to read like a science fiction novel. They moved me to tears many times and revealed many truths. Of cause they are not to be treated like scripture, but Rick Joyner says that himself at the beginning of each book.

The Call - Off the Planet Good
I bought this book at my son's request, and he is devouring it. I have also read this book many times, and it is off the planet good! This book is filled with divine revelation, which always goes to the heart first. Excellent book! One in ten-million!

Must Read
This book should be required reading for every true believer and for those that want to become one.

Great book.Very timely.
This is a very timely book for the end times.It was written in the 1980's but rings true in the season the Church is in.This book is great to read along with Rick Joyner's other books the The Final Quest, The Call and The Torch and the Sword.

Time will Tell
I don't have a problem with the person of Rick Joyner,I believe him to be a sincere believer. As so much to the "predictions" "prophesies" or "visions" that he claims to have had.

I have read many of Rick's prophesies and initially thought he was a visionary writer. But in going back over the "track record" of his predictions, I noticed more and more errors or mistakes. I haven't got room to give a complete listing of them . Just maybe two of the more obvious ones. In 1989 Rick predicted the imminent fall of the Communist party in China, that a Russian type overthrow was about to happen. It didn't,the communists actually defeated the student democrats. In fact you could say overthe past twenty years or so they are injust as much as in power as they ever were and have persecuted the church just as violently.

Secondly during the first Gulf War Mr Joyner said that limited nuclear weapons would be exchanged in the next Iraq war ! Given that the the Americans couldn't find any sort of Weapons of Mass destruction, that prediction was defiantly wrong.

No-where in his writings does Rick address these failings, in fact he carries on regardless, giving out every year yet more and more new prophetic writings . That to me is an indication of his error. If he'd openly discuss about even one of his past mistaken visions, it'd give hope as to his prophetic honestly and accountability. But so far I haven't seen him back down on any given word. They are according to him "all true" or "about to come to pass".

When we hear a prophecy/vision we are, according to the bible, suppose to examine/test them for truth. Isn't that right ? Then having done so, if we see over time there were mistaken or had errors, then it must surely lead us to doubt the validity of the words as coming from God's Holy Spirit ?

I take no satisfaction from casting doubt on what Rick has to say, rather sadness that such a sincere man is in error.

An absolute must!
If you enjoyed The Final Quest or any of Joyner's other prophetic books, or if you've never read any of his material, The Harvest will not disappoint. It's much more than "the prophetic word for the 90s."The 90s are over and most of this book still applies to the future. If youwant to be prepared for what God is about to do in our world, this book isthe place to start. The Harvest will challenge you in your daily walk andmotivate you to go deeper in order to be a ready vessel to be used by Him.

Truly Enlightening
I was really expecting this book to only be a basic overview of prophecy, but I was pleasantly surprised. This book goes much deeper than the questions in the summary. It also addresses issues like rejection, which any prophet can tell you they have struggled with. It addresses how to deal with tares in your field. It also covers a little bit of biblical prophecy and dreams and visions. It really mostly points people towards maintaining a friendship with God and a love for people. It's a great book.

Worth it
The whole book is good, but there is one paragraph about love that makes the whole book worth reading just for that one paragraph.
