The Best Book on FCPA I have Ever Seen
Team Biegleman has done it again with this book on the FCPA. I am an Internal Audit professional who has been researching the FCPA for the past two years and this book is by far the best one that I have read on the topic. This book provides a clear and systematic approach to understand the FCPA history, requirements, and importance. It also includes excellent case studies to reinforce the concepts.
