Despite its small size....immediately beneficial to the busy professional!
I ran into this book while sorting out my personal library. I had bought it in the late 80s when I had just moved upward into general management. I also remembered having bought several copies of it to be given away to business associates of mine.

The book is actually a small book print of the American Management Association as part of its Successful Office Skills Series.

Despite its small size, about 50 odd pages, it is packed with practical & useful advice for the busy professional. Information is presented very crisply & concisely.

I like its total simplicity & clarity.
