I bought this one on kindle (is it even available in print?) and was kinda dissapointed. For the 5 Dollars I spent I did expect more than just the few pages, and more information as well. It is written in a very scientific tone, but also has a short paragraph about which metals and such help support the ability. It does not talk about how to do it, how to learn it, how to practice, or about people that have the ability. ... Read more

argh.
Fortunately, this book was a gift and so I didn't waste any money on it, but I found it an amusing romp through a bunch of flimsy psuedo-science. Some people have no shame, really. The concept of auras has been so thoroughly debunked that it's unbelievable that this book could be published in the 21st century. If you like non-fiction, as I do, I would recommend you avoid this book and instead read about the "magical" Northern Lights, the unbelievable migration of birds, the incredible social complexity of insects, the heavenly surprises discovered by science, or the mind-expanding beauty of the Grand Canyon. Otherwise, you might as well just read fiction.

Poor poor and did I mention this book was poorly written? Never ceases toamaze me how certain new age flim flamers decide to make science provecertain things such as auras...science cant even prove relativity how couldit prove auras? Im not saying Auras dont exist...Im just saying they cantbe captured by a camera lens. Give me a break, anyone who has ever studiedphotography will know the lens is not some 4th-5th dimensional viewing thatsees into the spiritual realm...if that was the case each picture we tookwould be full of guides and angels and devas and auras of trees andpeople....yet you go to these "aura camera" and they put you in alower lit area...almost with a black tint or shade and they take youpicture and out comes you with an aura...Con job and that pretty much sumsthe content of this book. While this book was supposedly written for children, it is in no way meant for a child to read.It is a guide as to how to impart simple truths to our children.The origins and purposes of universal creations are explained in beautiful terms.Man's origin as an eternal spirit that has come to play, experiment, and participate in the ongoing stream of creation is intricately woven as parables and stories that illustrate man's unfoldment and the manifold witness of creation as to our origins and unltimate destiny.The roots of creation beginning in the Garden Of Eden in Lemuria are wonderfully expounded upon, whereas there is complete silence on the darker side and even the existence of Atlantis.This is befitting with Ken's ascertation that we are to concentrate on restoring beauty and order back into our universe. Is a great book for anyone wanting to discover self-awareness and for using intuition in their everyday life. It gives guidance for choices that you make.

An excellent guidebook
This is an excellent reference book covering many aspects of interest to those on a spiritual path.Pamela/Omaya brings both worldly and insightful spiritual experience to this book and the organization is excellent.I found the chapter on chakra colors, their use and effects to be very concise and complete.

I highly recommend this book for those just starting on the path as it gives a broad overview of interesting topics.It is also a concise reference book for those who want a thorough and not overwhelming discussion of spiritual topics.
