Outstanding!
Fabulous cookbook!
Great Find! My only problem to date (I've made 4 recipes to date - our friends an additional 3 or 4) has been a major typo in one of the recipes that left me unsure how to layer a casserole. I went with my best guess, and it was very good! Highly recommended. Great flavors, great variety. I get tired of people saying that to not eat high-fat (especially "bad" fat) foods like burgers, fries, bacon, etc., is bland and boring and somehow to be disdained. WRONG! We eat so much better than that! and will eat even better now that we have this book.
