Eventhough this book was published in 1973 and has been out of print for many years, I am still surprised occasionally when someone runs across a copy of it. It presents a "street smart" approach to real estateanalysis for investment and finance purposes.I have used this approach inmy own business successfully in numerous states in the years since the bookwas published. I have found that even with the amount of data avalilable intodays market that many times the data is wrong having been gathered frombrokersor others with a vested interest or from unreliable word of mouthsources.
