Changed my life!!!
This is an utterly FASCINATING book - talks about subliminal communication and how it's used in politics, marketing, and more!!
It comes with a free CD utilizing his patented "Innertalk" program....supposed to help you relax and as soon as I hit play, I was INSTANTLY more chill!!

I browsed his website for a minute and found that he offers a, "Genius Learning" program, as well; it's supposed to help with cognition, retention, accelerate learning, and expand your vocabulary.I've noticed a TREMENDOUS difference after listening to this program!!I'm SO grateful!!
Now, I know what you're thinking: first, you're skeptical - don't worry, I was, too.secondly, you're probably a little uneasy with people talking directly to your subconscious: I don't blame you a bit,...but with each program, he includes a list of the affirmations that he's telling your subconscious.

I'll DEFINITELY be using this to rid myself of the rest my insecurities!!This is an EXCELLENT book, DO NOT let it get away!!

If you want to keep your rose-colored glasses on, don't read this book
This book could also have been called You've Been Brainwashed - Here's How to Get Free. For the growing number of people who've become dissatisfied with their lives - the status quo - and wondering, "Is this all there is?" this gutsy piece of work by Eldon Taylor is a harbinger of hope and enlightenment.

But first, be prepared to squirm a bit as Dr. Taylor guides us into proving for ourselves that we've all been "brainwashed". This step is necessary because once you understand how easily your thoughts have been manipulated, you'll have the motivation to take charge of your life once and for all, and discover the peace and happiness within.

Mr. Taylor is a very engaging writer. This book is packed full of eye-opening information about how we are subtly influenced by marketing technology (advertising), music, and other avenues to plant information into our brains without our consent or knowledge.

I bought this book and Choices and Illusions. I've finished the Choices and Illusions and I'm ½ way through Mind Programming. The chapter about Forgiveness was amazing.
I usually read about 1/3 the way through a book and then never finish the rest. This material in both books has been so good that I read a chapter, then read it again to get anything I missed the first time. I am planning on reading the whole 2 books over again and I'm going to make sure my kids read them. This information has been so valuable in making me wake up (or at least pay attention to [which by the way in itself empowers me to not be influence]) to what I see on TV, advertising, & music.
This book delivers what it advertises 100% in an easy conversationalreading style that I love. I feel that I am sitting down having a conversation with this highly intelligent man. He has earned doctoral degrees in psychology and metaphysics. He is a fellow with the American Psychotherapy Association and a nondenominational minister. He knows what he's talking about and he delivers it in an understandable manner.I sincerely appreciate this man's contribution in making the world a more lovable place.

Finally, the truth about the advertising industry and domestic child sex trafficking
This book is the most truthful book I have ever read besides the Bible. This book explains in detail about how advertising is changing the very fabric of our society into a not so positive way. I am a Child sex trafficking abolitionist and I am convinced the 'pimp and ho' culture in our society has been created with this harmful subliminal type of advertising, along with blatant songs, movies, and porn depicting children in sexual positions and attitudes.

Our culture is being high-jacked into a society of mindless followers of the advertising world thus creating over sexualized children and over stimulated adults who aren't satisfied with 'normal' adult sexual relations. This over stimulated, sublimial culture is producing more pedophiles faster than Free At Last: Human Trafficking & Sexual Abuse Abolition Series (Volume 1)a candy shop creating lolipops.

Loli's ~ A term pedophiles use to describe children they have had or want to have sex with.

Thank-you Mr. Taylor for helping me connect the dots so I can then explain it to other people. I am a survivor of child sex trafficking and I refuse to accept the excuses of people in our society who say this is 'normal' and it is 'ok', to sleep with children.

NAMBLA (Pedophile organization) has been working very hard to make this behaviour acceptable and accesable to the public. Sublimial advertising, media, and porn is certainly contributing to this awful phenomina. Sleeping with children is NOT 'ok' and children don't 'like' it like they try and tell us!!!! I will work endlessly to eradicate this is in our community.

Really works!I use many times each week and have a much improved outlook.
This is the first "self-programming" product I've used.I find it very helpful.I feel less stressed, much more relaxed, happy and content.I recommend this program for anyone who wants to start feeling better about themselves, about their lives and about the future.

Not what I expected
I bought these CD based on the reviews being so high and that the voice was comforting and relaxing. Honestly, I felt it was a bit hokey. This is coming from someone who listens to a lot of meditation cds. It's mostly short statements and affirmations that you are to repeat for 30 days. I didn't learn from it but to be fair I didn't listen to it more than 2 times.
I'm sticking with my meditation cds from Bodhipaksa.

Actually Works (living proof)
I bought the self esteem program a few years back, and it is simply AMAZING! All my life, I was handsome, but still had NO self esteem, almost always negative and depressed. And one day, I dk how it happened, but I ran into some self help stuff, this mp3 I purchased. I swear... The first time I listened to it, it was like I was very High. lol, then after a few days, i was really feeling it, but since my esteem was so high, other negative ppl I worked with was bad energy, and I was easily getting frustrated. But I knew I could get to the cd later to peace.. Well that went away, and I learned to control my happiness and it became natural. And my life was happy, very happy and very confident. I didn't question myself about ANYTHING. Ofcourse, I should have kept listening to it, but I stoped after like 3 weeks, I wasn't consistent. But Im about 98% sure, that if anyone listens to this for atleast 2 montha straight, their life will be inside out great. Even if they are broke and single as I was. lol And not to mention I met SO many women just because I had a great energy about me, I wasn't needy or anything, because I didn't need anything. Just belief and inner happiness in myself. Thats al you need, everything else you fancy comes natural after that.

A Must Buy for anyone that just wants to feel happy and at peace almost effortlessly.

It works for me in an unusual formula.
Okay, call me crazy, but I actually listen to the audio book during my morning workout. He says "relax" and I ride my eclipcycle faster! "Imagine yourself on a beach" I take another deep breath and I calmly work out until the tape ends....

Oh my gosh, and this sells?

I was so excited to find Bob Griswold and his CD's because I've had so much success with Hypnotherapy/Self-Hypnosis/Meditation, but no way, not this one! All he says is affirmations over and over again, in this TV Commercial type voice, you are strong, you are good, you are loved, you are special, you have self-esteem, Etc..., Etc...Etc..., and it just keeps going and going like that for the entire CD, I even think there was music, I just couldn't hear it!! If you like tons of affirmations said over and over and over again in a non-relaxing voice and format, and that's all, you'll LOVE this CD. ... Read more

annoying writting
The author relies on constant example stories to try to dumb down the subject.Numerous mentions of what will be covered later is certain to distract you until you forget where the irrelevant stories were taking you. My head is still spinning.

This is great products and can give you some basic ideas about NLP, therefore can make it happen in your life. Can help you to take actions immediately. If you don't know about NLP is, this is a good book to read because it is in simple format and easy to apply.

Annoying read
I totally agree with -among others- D. Font and would like to thank him for referring to Honest Abe's website which I found very usefull. This book isn't worth your time nor your money.

NLP
For Dummies series is brilliant. I have now got CBT for dummies and NLP for dummies. Both are easy reading, you can pick them up and open at any page. No jargon, anyone can understand the concepts in both books. I have used them to inform my Mental Health student nurses about the different approaches to treatment of depression, anxiety etc.
As I was a first timer on Amazon I was a little apprehensive about ordering 'on-line' and not absolutely sure I was going to get the goods ordered. However, they were quick to deliver, cheaper than the high street, I will not hesitate to order 'on-line' from Amazon in the future. ... Read more

Enjoyable, Informative and Entertaining
If you have an interest in robotics, and a decent knowledge of electronics, then this book is certainly worth reading. Despite its age, the information it provides is applicable today.

Heiserman tells of his own robots, specifically Rodney, who can program himself. One example given was of Heiserman handicapping Rodney, by scratching his processors and removing one of his wheels - Rodney learned to move about efficiently in a short period of time, with no assistance. Similar anecdotes are spread throughout the book.

But most importantly, the book tells the reader how they can construct a robot similar to (or exactly the same as) Rodney. Schematics, wiring diagrams and so forth fill a large portion of the book - providing a clear method for construction.

Overall, this is certainly an interesting book. Even if you don't plan to build yourself a robot, the anecdotes are both entertaining and amazing enough alone. ... Read more
