Return all completed forms and payment to the Office of Admission and Professional Services, Jones Hall Room 100. Step 1 Non-refundable Application fee Attach a personal check, certified check, cashiers check, or money order made payable to the Virginia Department of Education. The in-state fee is $50, and the out-of-state fee is $75. NOTE: The fee is determined by the address stated on your application. There is a $25 processing fee for a returned check.
