Tech Prep: A NIACC/High School Partnership High school students in Tech Prep programs can complete a year of college while still in high school Benefits: Save one year's time and one year's college tuition/book costs. The student usually begins the Tech Prep program in his/her junior year taking only one or two NIACC courses.
