Board Governance B. District Management C. Planning and Evaluation D. Community Involvement C. PLANNING AND EVALUATION Planning is a vital ingredient in district management. To empower the group to serve as a guiding force for the program, Hill follows several practices. * He provides advisory members with a variety of data to assist them in making informed decisions.
